„Over the past 12 years I have had the privilege of working abroad in two of the world’s most iconic restaurants The Fat Duck in Bray, Uk and Noma in Copenhagen, Denmark. In this time, I worked alongside incredibly talented front-of-house staff, chefs and sommeliers who helped me hone my skills as a waitress as well as develop a deep appreciation of food and wine. After many years abroad I returned to my native Poland to show all our guests here as well as young people making their first steps as waiters that service is much more than just tending tables. Done well it can be a source of real joy and professional satisfaction. My experience has taught me the importance of bringing passion, openness and professionalism to each dining experience. Przemysław Prusik is a young and vibrant personality gifted with natural elegance, high work ethics and incredible patience which makes him just a perfect fit for our management team. He expects a lot from his young and dynamic team but even more of himself. Understanding very well the importance of the quality in the experience we strive to create for our guests, he pushes himself and a team to the new levels. Management is far more than fantastic service alone, it consists of many and often mundane tasks necessary to assure the perfect outcome. Nevertheless, Przemek takes great pride in his work and in his very own words - "...working with such a high level of expectations can be challenging at times and it always is very demanding but genuine happiness and gratitude of our guests make it all worth a while. I know there is a lot more to be done for us as a team, but I also realise that we have a very important mission to accomplish on the restaurant scene in Poland. On top of that working with people gives me great satisfaction and profession devoid of challenges would not be worth pursuing ..."
